The Movement Center offers personalized private training and small group classes in Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, and Pilates. Sessions are offered in a serene, non-competitive environment for all levels of fitness, from beginners to professional athletes and dancers. We also offer teacher training in Stott Pilates, Gyrotonic, and Gyrokinesis.
