My roommate and I are subletting a 2 bedroom apartment at the corner of brown and hoover in Ann Arbor for this summer (May - August). Its a bi-level, with the kitchen and living room on the first floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Both bedrooms are quite large. Also, the apartment has two bathrooms, one upstairs with shower and one downstairs thats a little smaller. The apartment is furnished and costs about 900/month plus utilities (negotiable). Its located right off mainstreet and stadium blvd, which is quite convenient for food, shopping, and there is easy access to the highway (94,M-14, 275). Also, theres a bus less than a block away to central campus that runs every ten minutes. One parking space is included with the rent but we might be able to offer 2. Lastly, if your looking for a sublet for the summer by yourself and just need one bedroom thats perfectly fine and would just cost half the rent.
