All items are in very Good condition, just needs a small clean up job. Some paint got on the wood and counter/sink area, but would wash off or scrape off with your fingernail, I've already done most of it since taking the picture. Chalking can be removed with minor effort from the counter top. Only selling as we redid the bathroom. The condition is such that if you were to get these no one would know it was purchased off craigslist "used", it is in pretty much like new condition.

Vanity measures 36"W x 18"D x 31"H with brass hardware. Both sides of the vanity can be left exposed. Drawers and under cabinet are useable, they are not "faux or fake" minor water stain under the cabinet under where the plumbing is, not a big deal.
Top is a light ivory color (the color below you see on the cabinet, not the color of the one pictured with the faucet) standard fits on top with a lip, one side splash included (not pictured can be used on either the right or left side) built in sink! no additional basin needed :)
