The director is expected to demonstrate enthusiastic communication skills that can imprint young players. In addition, the director needs to be able to express professional communication skills; written and verbal, that can be utilized to educate our parent membership. The director must also be able to demonstrate techniques that we ask of our players. Person must possess a USSF “B” License and 5 to 7 years of coaching experience.
