An introduction to Sahaja Yoga, a unique technique of meditation developed by the spiritual leader Shri Mataji, which is based on achieving self-knowledge and inner peace through the practice of meditation. In this workshop we hope to give a brief idea of the benefits of meditation with emphasis on the actual experience. No special clothing required. Open to all. Always Free.
